Its 2-1: Yanga SC favourites for Dar derby against Azam fc

 Yanga SC of Dar es Salaam on Saturday came out with their heads high when they slapped Azam FC 2-1 goals in the Vodacom Premier League.

This was during the 15th round of the VPL which reached half way.

Azam SC were the first to score  at the third minute. The match was played at Chamanzi on the outskirts of the commercial city

Obrey Chirwa of Yanga assisted by Raphael Daud scored an equaliser in the 30th minute after Azam defence made serious mistakes.

At the 44th minute Gadiel Michael scored yet another goal making Yanga leading with 2-1 up to the end of the match.

One red card and a yellow card were issued during the match.

The scoreboard shows that Simba are leading with 32 points, followed by Azam FC with 30 points after playing 15 matches. Yanga are third with 28 points and 15 matches.
