Neymar set to miss Real Madrid in UCL

World’s most expensive player Neymar is a doubt to face Real Madrid in UEFA league after Sunday sustaining an ankle injury during a Franch League 1 encounter between his PSG side which won 3-0 at Parc des Princes against Marseille.
Neymar was taken off to leave PSG with only ten men after using all their substitutions.
It was not clearly known the length of time with which the talented Brazilian will be out of the pitch.
Paris Saint-Germain superstar Neymar Jr has posted his first update after being stretchered off in a bad-tempered match with Marseille - and it doesn't look good.
The Brazilian put a picture on his Instagram account with his right ankle heavily bandaged.
It was taped up with a protective cast over the injury - plus the caption 'finished for the day'.
The update was posted at 8.10am this morning, suggesting that there will be a little rehab work for the frontman today at least.
Last night PSG boss Unai Emery was confident Neymar will be fit to face Real Madrid next week, despite being stretchered off in the 3-0 win on Sunday night.
The £200million Brazilian superstar left the field in tears at the Parc des Princes, after suffering an ankle injury that led to initial fears he could face a sustained spell on the sidelines.
The ex-Barcelona man was tracking back behind Bouna Sarr when he appeared to roll his ankle, leaving him in agony on the turf.
Adil Rami Marseille defender was feeling sorry for to see PSG star Neymar suffer ankle but is happy the player will not available in Coupe De France.
Real Madrid will face PSG second leg of UEFA Champion League March 6 at the Parc des Princes after first leg France based club defeated 3-1.

An injured Neymar lies on the field

Neymar was promptly withdrawn and attention immediately turned to the Champions League showdown with European champions Madrid in Paris next week.
Les Parisiens trail 3-1 from the first leg in Spain, but Emery remains confident he will be available.
"The first tests we have done show it is a sprain, we will do more medical examinations to be totally sure," he said in his post-match press conference.
"Neymar is going to do some new tests. We’re going to stay optimistic.
"If today I had to say yes or no to be fit against Real [Madrid], I would say yes. I want to be optimistic."
Neymar was spotted at the ground post-game with ice on his ankle as he looked to reduce the swelling, while a member of PSG staff told SporTV: "This does not seem serious".
PSG goalkeeper Alphonse Areola admitted his worries, however, after the Brazilian left the stadium with his ankle strapped up.
"Of course, I'm worried about Neymar," said Areola. "His ankle was pretty swollen.
"He is an important player for us and I hope he will come back soon.
"I do not know much more, there were a lot of people around him."
He will almost certainly miss the Coupe de France clash with Marseille on Wednesday night, as well as Saturday's meeting with Troyes in Ligue 1.
